Yes. We can review and adjust your file for printing (margins, bleed, resolution) and, if you need it, help you with design adaptation so it's ready and looks professional.
We recommend high-quality PDF (ideal), or editable files (AI/PSD) with outlined or included fonts. For photographs: high resolution. If you're not sure, send us your file and we'll validate it before production.
Yes. We specialize in personalization: logo, brand palette, messages, QR, contact details, and also variable data (names, codes, locations, numbering), depending on the product.
We'll send it to you through the order confirmation channel (email or WhatsApp). We issue proof as applicable (receipt/invoice) when you share your billing information with us.
Once approved, the design goes into production. If you need changes, it's best to let us know before printing. If the order has already entered production, changes may involve rework and additional costs.
