Will I receive the same product I see in the image?

Yes, we produce according to the approved design (measurements, materials, and finishes). Keep in mind that minimal color variations may exist depending on screen calibration; that's why we recommend color proofing for demanding or corporate orders.

How do I place an order at Gong?

You can request it through our channels (web/WhatsApp/social media) by sending: product, measurements, quantity, type of finish, and your file/design. If you don't have a design yet, we'll guide you to define a proposal aligned with your brand.

Can you help me design or adapt my artwork?

Yes. We can review and adjust your file for printing (margins, bleed, resolution) and, if needed, help you with design adaptation so it's ready and looks professional.

What files should I send for printing?

We recommend high-quality PDF (ideal), or editable files (AI/PSD) with outlined or included fonts. For photographs: high resolution. If you're not sure, send us your file and we'll validate it before production.

Can I personalize it with my logo, text, QR, or variable data?

Yes. We specialize in personalization: logo, brand palette, messages, QR, contact details, and also variable data (names, codes, locations, numbering), depending on the product.

Where can I see my proof of purchase?

We'll send it to you through the order confirmation channel (email or WhatsApp). We issue proof as applicable (receipt/invoice) when you share your billing information with us.

What happens if I need changes after approving the design?

Once approved, the design goes into production. If you need changes, it's best to notify us before printing. If the order has already entered production, changes may involve reprocessing and additional costs.

Do you ship? Where can you send my order?

Yes. We send your order by delivery (home delivery) and to provinces via Shalom courier service. Shipping has an additional charge and varies depending on the area/destination.

Why do some items appear as "sold out" or "unavailable"?

Some products are made by campaign, material availability, or production capacity. If you see "sold out," contact us: we can often produce it on request or suggest an equivalent alternative.
